Two Events. One Consistent Commitment to the South Florida Design Community.
March was full of Community: Albury Landing Opens, NEWH Celebrates, and Studio IDC Connects
March has been a month full of meaningful moments for Studio IDC. From celebrating a project we've been working toward for some time, to sponsoring one of our favorite industry events, to connecting with the design community in ways that matter — it's been a reminder of why we do this work.
Let us walk you through it.
Albury Landing Is Now Open

We are pleased to share that Albury Landing, a luxury oceanfront private estate in Tavernier, Florida Keys, has officially opened its doors and is now welcoming its first guests.
Studio IDC approached Albury Landing with a sense of ease drawing from the quiet, timeless spirit of Hemingway and translating it into a more current, elevated expression of the Florida Keys.
The estate is composed of five distinct residences. Albury House, the four-bedroom main residence, is anchored by a dramatic open ceiling and a generous, open kitchen featuring Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. A large conversational island, defined by precise stone fabrication, sits at the heart of over 5,400 square feet of thoughtfully designed interior space.
The Ocean Villa, Palm Villa, and Garden Villa offer more intimate one-bedroom retreats, each with private verandas and spa-inspired bathrooms. Bay Villa completes the collection as a spacious two-bedroom residence, nestled within lush landscaping with views extending toward the dock.
Every space was approached with intention. A refined palette unifies the property while allowing each residence its own identity. Layered decorative and architectural lighting creates depth and warmth throughout. Natural textures feel both intrinsic to the setting and quietly effortless.
The experience also extends beyond the interiors with two oceanfront peninsula beaches, a private deep-water boat basin, a heated pool, spa services, and a fire pit designed for evenings under the Tavernier sky.
We are incredibly proud of what this property has become, and deeply grateful to the Albury Landing team for the trust placed in Studio IDC to bring this vision to life.
NEWH South Florida Hats Off Member Appreciation Brunch 2026
Each year, NEWH South Florida gathers the most talented designers, hospitality professionals, and industry peers in the region to celebrate the people who make this community exceptional.
We were proud to be a sponsor of the 2026 Hats Off Member Appreciation Brunch. The morning was everything we've come to love about this event: meaningful connection with industry peers, recognition of the firms and individuals driving design forward, and a reminder that community investment is never a small thing.
NEWH has been part of Studio IDC's journey for years. Sponsoring this event isn't just a business decision it's a reflection of what we believe. Design doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in community.
Congratulations to all of this year's honorees and members.
Studio IDC Visits Minotti Miami
This month, the Studio IDC team had the opportunity to visit Minotti Miami, the renowned Italian furniture showroom in the Miami Design District.
Minotti's 10,000-square-foot flagship space showcases hand-crafted Italian furniture and design that aligns perfectly with the aesthetic principles we bring to every project. From material selection to spatial composition, visiting showrooms like Minotti reminds us of the importance of seeing and touching materials firsthand understanding how light plays across surfaces, how fabrics drape, how pieces come together to tell a cohesive story.
These moments of direct engagement with suppliers and artisans are invaluable to our design process. They inform the choices we make for our clients and deepen our appreciation for the craft behind every piece we specify.
Todd Tyler Speaks at Bisnow South Florida Architecture, Design & Interiors Conference
On March 31st, Studio IDC's Chief Creative Officer, Todd Tyler, took the stage at Bisnow's South Florida Architecture, Design & Interiors Conference in Miami.
Todd joined a panel discussion on how design is actively shaping South Florida's built environment and what that means for the future. Alongside some of the most respected names in architecture and development, the conversation touched on what makes this market unlike any other: design as a branding strategy, the relationship between interior quality and pricing power, and how human-centric design is redefining what buyers and guests expect.
South Florida has become one of the most influential design markets in the world. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because people in this industry show up; to projects, to panels, and to conversations worth having.
We are grateful to Bisnow for creating that platform, and proud that Studio IDC had a seat at the table.
Thank You
A finished project. Three industry moments. One consistent commitment to this community.
We look forward to continuing to contribute, connect, and grow with this community throughout the rest of 2026.
