The overall thread of the design has a neutral, textured, and layered backdrop which gives us the opportunity to accent the design with a crisp color palette and give direct attention to the tropical landscape.  Collected objects, including vintage, antique, and new artworks, accessories, and furnishings give the estate a unique and artistic sensibility. 

This 23,000 Square foot property is host to eight bedrooms, with two unique masters, three private cottages each with two bedrooms,  and a pool house; each of which include private ensuite  luxury bathrooms with alfresco soaking tubs and showers.  The great room boasts two terraces, one ocean facing and the other pool side and outdoor dining for 20 at the custom  teak dining table. A private vegetable and herb garden services the property as well as amenities such as private gym and golf simulator.
