1818 Park: An Urban Oasis

For 1818 Park, a 19-story, 273-unit luxury apartment building in the Historic Arts District of Hollywood, Florida, we aimed to create an urban oasis for the area’s young and dynamic demographic.

Blending modernity with the area’s authentic charm resulted in contemporary, multifunctional living spaces and a sophisticated lobby featuring a Florida-themed green and blush color palette, a stunning green onyx reception desk, textured wallcoverings, art deco-inspired furnishings, and decorative sculptural lighting.

The units at 1818 Park were designed to focus on functionality and simplicity, offering a minimalist yet well-appointed aesthetic. Our modular layout allows for flexible arrangements to suit residents’ personal preferences. With a mix of warm textures and finishes, the units are sanctuaries where residents can feel at ease and at home. The Studio units have Murphy wall beds with sofas, allowing for increased living space and easy transformation from day to night.

Casa Murano: Where Luxury Meets Coastal Charm

Sail down the Intracoastal Waterway and dock straight into luxury living. Casa Murano, a five-story boutique property on the secluded Isle of Venice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was designed for discerning residents. With only eight units and a private on-site marina, exclusivity is at the root of Casa Murano’s interior design. From the moment you step off the private elevator, you’re immersed in 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive balconies, and the latest technology for simplified living.

Our design inspiration drew from the Venetian island of Murano, famous for its artistic glass creations. Our interior architectural drawings laid the foundation for sleek, Italian-inspired built-in details enhanced by high-end wood and stone. The chef-caliber gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art MiaCucina cabinetry and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

Neutral shades and bronze glass partitions define the luxurious ensuite primary bathroom, showcasing simplicity and refined aesthetics. The serene retreat features large-format Carrara marble tiles accented by linear variations and bronze-tinted glass shower panels. The custom peninsula vanity is accentuated by brass accents and floating mirrors. Kohler plumbing from the contemporary Purist series highlights the space with a floor-mounted tub filler for the MTI soaking bathtub and rain-head shower column.

The overall experience at Casa Murano is characterized by a harmonious blend of indoor-outdoor coastal living. Each residence also comes with its own private rooftop space, complete with a summer kitchen, barbecue grill, and hot tub. Evoking the atmosphere of private yachts and spas, the rooftop creates a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment surrounded by breathtaking views.
